Hello everyone!
Hii!!
Hello everyone!
I love your new profile picture! Cats are adorable.
Ladies,
Consider your menstruation as a natural phenomenon that is beyond your control. First, you will experience what are called “premenstrual” symptoms, which may change throughout your life and appear before each bleeding or even during your period. Each of you has your own mix: nausea, headaches, diarrhea or constipation, food cravings or loss of appetite, general fatigue, mood swings, and so on...the list is long. These symptoms can last throughout your entire bleeding period.
My advice is to listen to yourself: do your best, rest, and take care of yourself as best as you can. If you experience severe abdominal pain due to uterine contractions, apply a warm heating pad (for example, a dry heating pad with cherry pits that you can heat in the microwave). Also, drink water regularly.
Know that you will partly get used to all this pain, and that you are strong enough to manage it as best as possible. I say “as best as possible” because, depending on the situation, circumstances, and environment, it can quickly become difficult. Menstruation is not something you can control—it’s biological and physiological.
As for hygiene, make the best of what you have available; menstrual panties are the healthiest, but if you don't have any, sanitary napkins can be very helpful.
Well, I took the liberty of sending this little message between women; if you have any questions, I hope we can all answer them as best we can.
