I would like to have more stamina. It's insane how easy it is to tire me out...

I'm not a big traveler, I would prefer to stay home.
โจ If you can do ONE thing that you were always afraid of or that you always just wanted to do but never did: what is it and will you do it in 2025?
Talking to people. It sacres me a lot but I've been working on it, and I hope I'll be less terrified of a wild human appearing and asking for directions.

Also @Yue_, I hate presentations in school too, but my trick is to breathe in, smile, and act like you're someone else. I try to act like a fun and outgoing person, not like the shy little me. It doesn't always work, but when it does it works very well.
I โค๏ธโค๏ธ how you write so nice about Brazil!!! Maybe there are people here on PPG from Brazil and they can give you tips about the country for food and nice places that you can go to visit!!! I looked again on google and the nature and also the beaches are super beautiful!!
For us that is two times in the week but are teacher is CRAZYYY and he thinks that we are like in military. And even if it is super cold he thinks that it is like summer and he says that you can get warm yourself but howww if you are like half frozen or it is raining with a lot of wind too!! ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ๐ฅถโ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ

@Mulanyyy It is nice that you mention Azerbaidzhan! I have NO idea what it is like!! Is it similar or very different than Turkey? It sounds very mysterious and special but i dont know anybody who went to that country. ๐๐ I will look up on google images!!! ๐ธ
@TSG123 I have been to Italy one time and i think the country is VERY beautiful and special!! And the food is really nice too BUTTTT you have to be careful because they give you a full meal almost for the first dish like a pasta and after that you get another big plate and you can explode!!!! ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ And about learning to defend yourself: maybe you can join @Emmiiii_17_11 with archery and you will both be dangerous like a ninja!! ๐ฅท What kind of food would you like to learn to cook?
@Emmiiii_17_11 The push ups are crazy because if you NEED to be able to do that you can fail the class if you cant make it. But gymnastics is actually quite nice and you can practice at home easily. There are very nice shorts and clips on You Tube and you can practice with a mat or against a wall. And if learn some you can learn several others easily too. It is also MUCHHH easier if you can do ballet and try gymnastics afterwards. Or maybe with yoga too. ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ฅ
@Miss_Penpal If you get tired super fast, have you checked maybe that you have Pfeiffer? It can also be that you are underweight because I know that it is sometimes more difficult with energy and hormones too. ๐ If you need more stamina you can practice sports also at home if you dont want to go to a class. And thank you for your tips but it is difficult because when i try to distract myself, you also have to think still about what you have to say and the powerpoint too. But also you have to think to talk loud enough and other things. ๐ต๐ต๐ตโ๐ซ๐ตโ๐ซ
@Fleurke If you really go to Brazil one time maybe we can open a forum for you with tips!! ๐ And we can ask Brazilian members from PPG for nice restaurants and places and other things. ๐๏ธ๐๐
@psysarah15 We can also start a forum here for you for nice tips of France if you go this year or maybe later!! And of course @Etienne, @Sabri_KC and @Lianshen can give you a lot of tips!! Do you already know which places in France you like? We went to Paris one time and it was beautiful!! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ And i forgot to mention Egypt on my list!! After your interview i want to go more to Egypt, but even before it i already thought that it was a super nice place for us!! โ๏ธโ๏ธ

1) I'd like to improve my radiology-skills. This mainly means that I have to do some revisions in anatomy. In my next summer holidays I'll do an internship at the radiology department of my hometown hospital. I hope I'll be able to do a good description of chest x-rays afterwards. ๐ฉป
2) A new country? Phew, I have no idea where to go to. Maybe I better stay within the old well known borders? Then I would choose Italy to practice my Italian speaking skills to communicate even more effectively with Pennarossa2024. ๐ฎ๐น
3) What I'm afraid of? Taking the next steps of therapy to get the disease of my blood cells treated. Will I do it? Probably yes if my symptoms will get worse. The therapy I need is the only possibility to achieve a complete remission. But it's risky, too. ๐ฉธ
What else I'm afraid of? Not knowing what will be left of my dreams after having overcome this fucking MDS. ๐ฆ

Good things about start of 2025: i learnt to drive a good tractor (by towing an other tractor), and i found out very sson the daughter of our cow is geting her first small one ๐
