Hello everybody! 🙋‍♀️

Are there maybe people who like to write in this meditation forum? I think it is very interesting!! And it is also healthy and you get more calm.

I did NOT have meditation classes but i did have two classes in a community house and you get classes with body stress release. I will tell now what are nice tips and maybe it helps you too. 🥰🥰

1️⃣ So the first tip is NOTTTT to wear ballet or gym outfit. You must wear loose clothes. That is important. Because you must feel comfortable and relaxing.

2️⃣ And what we did was you close your eyes and you breathe calm and you focus first on your belly so you learn to focus first. And after that you focus again on your belly or your back or your belly or your arms and legs. And she said you are like a scanner. So you scan your body everywhere and when you feel tension you DONT do anything about it.

3️⃣ When you feel tension for example in your leg or belly or your head you breathe slowly and deeply. And you only keep focussing there where the tension is. Just focus and relax your breathing. And because you focus and dont do ANYTHING else your tension goes away.

4️⃣ You dont need music but you can put on for example a calm music like meditation music or even lofi or anything you like. BUTTT not distracting that for example you focus on the music and not your breathing and the body.

I hope i explained it clearly and that maybe it is useful for anybody who is interested in it!!!! ❤️❤️ If you have maybe any tips or you like to write something about meditation or yoga or body stress release or something else like that you can do it here!! I've learned with some professors so not really 😅


But it’s really useful to listen to music in 432hz frequency! anyone can look it up in youtube, and then I know that the artists Two Steps from Hell, their music is in the frequency 432hz! (also very epic music)

432hz frequency resonates with our bodies cause supposedly it’s similar to the sounds of nature which is like a lullaby for our minds, it’s harmonic and promotes the bodies’ natural healing, while the standard frequency for normal songs is a bit higher.

hello, i am a very restless person. I'm always busy from early in the morning until late at night. So to meditate I don't do any exercises but I just listen to the Quran and sit in a cross-legged position. Because I pray 5 times a day, I have my exercises there.

My family does something similar (to the writing your thoughts on paper thing) to get rid of problems, we write the problem on a rock and then throw it in water (any kind of body of water works, except baths or sinks or things that aren't natural). We also try to skip the stone, but we don't have to, it's just to make the stone get even further away. For example you can write 'stress' on the rock and then throw it, and maybe it'll make your stress go away, maybe it won't. It's not 100% accurate, and it's mostly just placebo effect, but sometimes it actually helps.

- @-Kiki-: it is very interesting what you write because you give the example of running and one time i read that if you sport you loose stress hormones of it. So you become calmer and more relaxed. I know it sounds strange that you become relaxed because of sports because you are very active but it is because you loose the stress hormones i think. 🙂 and writing on paper can also for example be writing in your diary!! or making other nice notes and what i like is if you do that on very small papers and you make them look nice. That is maybe a nice tip!! And i did not know about the meditation app!!!! i think others maybe like it too!! 😊😊

- @Fleurke: it is very nice to read what you say about religion and that it is like meditation!!! I never thought about that but i think i understand it. If i come for example in a church i always feel very calm even when i am not catholic. But it is also like the feeling and everybody is calm and peaceful. So maybe it is with all religions like christianity and islam and others that it is also about feeling very peaceful and calm like in meditation!!! 🙏🙏

I usually just write on the rock with another rock, if I use more permanent things I want to keep the stones because they're pretty...
But you can use anything, and you can even imagine yourself putting negative emotions in the stone and throw it without writing anything.

@-Kiki- maybe i can give you one more tip if you make little paper notes: you can roll them up VERRYY small and put a colour tape (plakband) on it and give it to a friend and first say that you have a letter and than you give that mini paper rolled up and they are like huhh. That is very funny to do but also nice because you can write wishes on it for example or other things that you like. And if it is for yourself: maybe you can get a nice small box or you loose ALL the decorated mini notes. But it is nice you can keep them together in a nice box that you choose specially for that!!! 🪄🪄 🥰🥰

And @Miss_Penpal: i like your idea of writing even with only thoughts on the rock. So you can always do that when you want. It is very smart!!! 🙂

That is very nice to hear!!! i like the ASMR videos without the talking because if there is talking and you want to go to sleep you get distracted. What do you prefer?
