Thank you very much for the tips!! But i have a question: if you drink tea and honey it is warmer than 40 degrees so that is also a problem? I like sometimes to put honey in yoghurt with cerials and berries. But that is cold not warm. 😛 😛

That's nice! Or a strawberry smoothie with yoghurt and honey! I tried that one for the first time yesterday!

That is a good idea!!! Strawberries are my favourite fruits but i also try to eat blue berries bc they are super healthy and you get more energy. But from only the taste i think strawberries when they are soft (so not super hard) they are the BESTTT fruit from everything else. My mom knows this and when for example i have exams or smt important she buys strawberries. 🙂 And one time my dad made a mistake and he did not say sorry bc that is sometimes difficult for him. But he bought a box of strawberries from the Albert Heijn super market and that is his way to say sorry. 🥰🥰

Hello everybody who reads this!! 🙋‍♀️ Can i maybe ask just 3 questions:


1️⃣ Last weekend i saw somewhere on yt that there was a group of ppl and they could not speak for several days and only meditate. And some started crying or feeling super emotional but NOBODY said anything to them. Did anybody see that and do you feel super uncomfortable or unsure abt that too?

2️⃣ If you do breathing exercises do you sometimes have that you try but you CANT get your mind still and silent? I mean no matter how you try or how often?

3️⃣ And do you sometimes feel you can sleep like 200 years but that you think you still feel tired after that?
