Woww that is really cool @Miss_Penpal!! I think for flexibility that is not a problem because my teacher in ballet says i am flexible like bubble gum!! But if i look at the pose it is not flexibility that is the problem!!! But it is also bit strength and VERY important the balance right!!! That is i think the most difficult part!!!!! 🙄🙄

PS: @Mulanyyy you are NOTTTTTT fat! You are our mulanyyyy a super PPG-⭐!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Two tips for members of this forum:

1️⃣ Read @H_E_A_R_T's forum: https://penpal-gate.net/forum/13-anything-and-everything/10085-ppg-university-healing-advent-calendar I ❤️❤️ that forum VERY MUCH and try to do the exercises how Christine described it!! 😊😊

2️⃣ Another tip if you want very calm music when for example you study or want to go to sleep you can listen to Audae on youtube. I like her videos A LOTT and maybe some others also like them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1mhcbsLwpI

@Mulanyyy maybe this is nice to stop the headaches and @Emmiiii_17_11 this also helps for good sleep i hope: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99qSgtshXSY

i hope that you like the playlist for the background!! ❤️❤️🙏🙏

How to stop a Panic Attack

This video is good to watch and i hope it helps if you have a panic attack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIlDiZzW7lw

The tips are maybe simple but i think they are still very good (maybe watch before you have an attack if that happens often)! ❤️❤️

Thank you Annnnnnyyy

Thank you very much Mulanyyy @Mulanyyy!! 🙏🙏 Can I ask did you ever had a panic attack and if yes what is for you the best way to stop it? But only answer if you want to and if you dont want to you can ignore it. Thats not a problem of course! 😊🤗

Yes I have it now sometimes too. Idk how to ignore it etc. cause everyday when i have it i have to do smthg else. Sometimes the words i love you/Your smile is beautiful/I am happy to chat with you etc can help me to just overcome it

Thank you very much @Mulanyyy!! What i do is that you focus the most on breathing that it is slower and deeper. And a trick that sometimes helps but not always is that you sit for example on your bed and dont lie down. And you get a pillow and you hold it in front of you like you embrace it. That helps sometimes because it pushes a little bit in your belly when you hold it against you but not very hard. And that way you can focus more on the breathing against the pillow and it feels like it protects you even although it is only a pillow.

Yesterday i posted the last part of the interview of @Lianshen and i think one thing is also nice for this forum and i thought about it a lot. This is from the interview (i only kept what i wanted to post here too so if you want to read everything you can do that here):

11: In this forum you wrote what is the most important for you in life and you said: peacefulness, health and relationships & time. What do you do for peacefulness and health if for example you are super busy and stressed?

Yes ! I think peacefulness is the most important for me. Relationship and health are usually things that have been noted to be reliable sources of happiness to people according to studies in psychology, which I agree with.

The rest of your question is very difficult to answer… First, I don’t get stressed very easily (which makes some people around me jealous). For the rest, I believe it depends on the angle you take to see life. On my part, I take almost nothing seriously, so it makes it easier. I don’t think that I should abide to people’s will and direct my life according to their expectations ; nor that killing myself at a task at the expense of something more valuable to me is a good idea.

Of course, sometimes, you have to comply and get yourself to work for instance. If you are lucky enough, then you are working in a field that doesn’t make a « super busy » time unpleasant, but learning to accept it can also be nice.

That being said, for peacefulness, I included having time for yourself for example, having a nice environment, safety, restful/peaceful place to stay at (not saturated with stimuli), not having to worry too much about tomorrow etc. I guess peacefulness will depends on people, but to me, it’s mostly that. If I can add some pets to a dog, some wildlife and a few details, then I guess I’d be satisfied with that.

I hope that it is ok that i can share this part in this forum too because maybe others like to read it and that it can help. 😊😇

In this forum Christine @H_E_A_R_T posted this picture and i thought maybe it is nice to copy it in this forum bc it can help people who read this forum:

I dont know yet how it works but it is called the Hawkins scale and i will look online and ask Christine later!! 🙂 But maybe people like to see it already!! 😊😊

I dont think that Christine has time for it bc she is a lot less on the forum and is very busy. So i think we have to find it out ourselves. But i googled and i found this website: https://life-longlearner.com/how-to-measure-consciousness-using-the-map-of-consciousness-3-of-7/ but i didnt read it yet but maybe it helps if anybody wants to understand it. 😊😊

Hello everybody who reads this forum!! 😊😇🥰 Several days ago was Scream Day!! 📢 I also mentioned it before here: https://penpal-gate.net/forum/12-everyday-life-and-customs/10780-today-facts/3

I did not know about the day but this is what i found online:

"Scream Day, celebrated on April 24, sounds silly at first but the day has its merits. Modern-day hustling has led to a lot of pent-up anxiety and pressure, which we all need a healthy way to channel. While meditation is a go-to way to relax, many psychologists are convinced that there is nothing like good old screaming to let it all out. Releasing built-up frustrations through screaming is surprisingly calming for the brain."

You can read more about it here: https://nationaltoday.com/scream-day/

Maybe it helps you if you are super stressed so i thought it is nice to post about it in this forum!! ✨🌸

Hi @Yue_

I read the article of the website and think it is quite appropriate.
You might ask a spiritual master/teacher about your level of consciousness
but I guess you won`t get an answer 🙂 and I have enough experience to know why 🙂

Nice to meet you all!

Hii @Kia890!! Thank you for posting and nice to meet you on the forum!! 😊😊 Did you do mindfulness yourself with online things that you read or did you do that in a class maybe? 🙂

Thank you very much Christine!! But why dont they say which level you are? Bc if you dont know which level you also dont know what you have to do. 🙄🙄

On every level one thing counts for sure:

Make sure you do something good for everyone you meet. Every good deed always makes you happy too.

When you reach a higher level than LOVE you know it.
Below that your EGO will be fed by wanting to know on which level you are.

I hope that helps, @Yue_

Best wishes on your way
Christine

Hi @Yue_ , I attended many MBSR sessions with my therapist, and sometimes I practise mindfulness with a group

Hello everybody! 🤗🤗🥰 Today is Trust Your Intuition Day!! I did not know that this day existed and that people celebrate it. If you want to read more about it you can do that here: https://nationaltoday.com/trust-your-intuition-day/

Can i ask anybody who wants to answer: do you think your intuition is important and are you confident that you trust it always?

These are nice quotes about intuition:
