Problem with chat!

I notice that my chat room doesn't work well. It shows all the time that there is 7 on chatting but when I go to look there is not seven person; more or less.
+ I don't see flags or names.

Is it because of my internet or is there another reason?

I noticed it as well...moreover no profiles are accessible via the chat (404 not found error because they are redirected through http://[b]chat[/b].penpal-gate.net/profile/123456/username.php rather than http://www.penpal-gate.net/profile/123456/username.php)

Yes the site was down a couple of days ago for about a half day due to technical issues. The chatroom had to be migrated to another server and I personally forgot to fix the number of chatters as well as the link to their profile. I apologize! It is now fixed.

Yeah, it's still not working properly...

When I enter the chat I can see no other people and on the main side of the chat there's an announcment like thah:[14:18:50]

Every 2 seconds, new announcement, like spam... Something's workin' bad.
