color explained? Kommentare und Vorschläge

In the friend page, i see a lot of cards with member details who im friends with.
but i see differen color borders on the right side of every card,

what does all the colors mean? or are they random?

I suppose it is the theme colour they picked on their profile. You can personnalize it by clicking on the brushappearing on your profile page (top right). This change the colour layout of the page, and it seems that it also change the colour in the friend list.

For me, people with blue layout are blue in friendlist, whereas red are red etc.

I was tinking about serveral scenario's like "user experience level" of "status/activity intensity of the site" like.
black = Long time not online
green = Currently online

Or that it is like the colour of the face or how that person feels!

So red: very angry!
Green: not feeling very well!
Purple: too much make up!
White: you need a little bit of sun!
Blue: dont put your head in the fridge! 😛

Won’t stay the colour I want

in ui/ux & psychology design, it's for aesthetic (theme) but also can explain slightly about the character/demeanor/tone/personality based on each color. this might be help: (but please it's not like 100% explaining their character, you need to get to know them better)

It is super nice that you are back on the forum @mayuuram!!! And you can explain a lot of things too like above about what you described! 🙂

I would take those claims with a huge grain of salt as I don't think there is much scientific background/method behind them (which makes me think that it belongs more to the belief than psychology).
For example, it says that purple is associated with royalty, but that's essentially due to history and the difficulty to get a purple pigment, but I am pretty sure that most of people would forget that association nowadays. On the contrary, blue is not associated with royalty in this chart while it was very much a colour belonging to royalty in France of instance.

The only thing that tend to be interesting eventually in that kind of chart - in my opinion - is the differenciation between warm and cold colours.
