Chat room Comments and suggestions

It's a matter of respect that if the forum or chat isn't expressively mentionned to be chinese, then English should be used so that the most people can participate and understand. In many other websites/forums, this is part of the rules/charts.

We only chat in Chinese when all people are from China. When people from other countries enter, we will greet them in English or their mother tongue. Unfortunately, they leave without saying a word.🥲💔

Maybe we can also have an emoji badge! 😛
