TV series. Any recommendations?

I've just finished (well, finished the seasons currently available in Italy) watching "Transplant". Definitely worth watching if you're into medical dramas, but also want something a bit different (the main character is a refugee striving to build a new life in a new country, so it's not only about the medical cases, but also how his story)

I will start to watch Empress Ki now with my mom but i dont know yet if it is good! 😛

'Initial D' is an anime about street racing, and one of the best series I've watched. And there are movies of it too, I think.
