I don't think that it's just 'the flag'. They have sovereign territory, own currency, own passports, Prince, flag, coat of arms. What's wrong ?

Well, yes, they have prince and passports, but... what is the purpose of establishing country on a dirty platform? And the population consist of... 3? And the establisher is a ex-owner of the meat warehouse? Come on, it sounds ridiculous! And what's more important - do the rest of the world acknowledge it as equal in rights with other countries? Sealand's soverreign is just self-declared.
