Table of cold cuts like salame, cheeses, bread, olives, ham and stuff
Humita: smashed corn with spices wrapped and boiled in corn husk
Locro: pumpkin stew with meat, beans and different ingredients depending on the region
Empanadas: these are a mix of ingredients of your choice in a dough half-moon. In my country, each province has its combination of filling!
Main dish:
Asado with chimichurri (bbq-like cuts of meat with a sauce of various spices like vinegar, oil, parsley, garlic and ground chili)
Desserts:
Slice of sweet potato sweet, slice of cheese, cracker = it’s called “vigilante”!
Chocotorta: cake of chocolate cookies with a covering of dulce de leche mixed with cream
Drinks:
Fernet (the italian apperitive) mixed with Coke (alcoholic)
Same concept with prittiado: Red wine mixed with a lemon soda called Pritty. (also alcoholic)
Amargo serrano: Its a concentrated drink made eith a mix of regional herbs 🤍 im so proud of this drink cause its delicious and regional, you basically mix it with soda (as in gas water) to water it down cause its really concentrated! (non alcoholic)

Milanesas with fried potatoes or smashed potatoes. (Milanesas are like the veal cutlets in breadcrumbs)
For the restaurant i propose a big individual table with all the chairs around and an asador oven on the side to share with the cooker our drinks and small dishes🍻

Haha yes! Mimi put that dish on the menu! So if you want to order a roasted Parsaa you can do that in our restaurant! 😛 😛
We have guests now for lunch but in the afternoon I make the updated menu with the dishes that others mentioned above! And the old menu you can also see above a couple of messages back! 😃
