I found his profile. He's a 23 year old male who is from Australia, but likely lives in Finland. He's probably Introverted and I think he has trust issues. Search for members and search keyword "Krisjan", and you will find him. He also likes the Fallout series.

If he is that bad and send you illegal requests and content, I don't see why you are whining on a forum instead of reporting it to the competent authorities.
For such cases, in France, there is something called "signalement.gouv". I am pretty sure that such services exist in other countries.
