board exams are common exams which all teens have to take at the age of 15, 16 and 17. but the board exams at 15 and 17 are the most important ones. it's like the O-levels and A-levels exams in the UK

* The politics of a nation is determined by the collective of the population.

* If the collective of the nation has an awareness of the obvious challenges, the conflict can (also) be resolved peacefully.

* To resolve a conflict, one has to leave the problem level. (As with diseases in our body ... Fighting symptoms does not solve the problem).

In general: when we act against our better knowledge, we create problems/conflicts.

I agree with your third point very much, because the central government of the Chinese government has done a good job on this point. Every time, it can grasp the essence of the matter, and then fundamentally solve the problem. Although it will be very slow and not understood by many people, they can stick to it.
