I got an email that was something like:Yes, he emailed me too but he said he was 16. I foresaw that he was gonna be a big trouble from the very beginning, and I got rid of him by lying about me.

Turns out he's an old guy with a hair fetish that has been harassing women since 2016. He lurks on Reddit and harassed girls on PenPal World. He then proceeded to tell me what he expects in a female friend and got defensive when I said that it's ok for women to have short hair. He's a man in his 40s that still lives with his parents so I hear. I sent him poop poo pornography and he got angry. The bastard asked if I had pale skin..

Sounds like he have personality disorder tho, i can see that he's trying his best to manipulate things by playing victims. (Someone is said to be manipulative if he tries to twist facts or circumstances according to his will, well, just in case you don't know)
Despite of his actual ages, manipulative people indeed have tendency to act as their wish. And all i know, people who have disorder always has their own background, but i never correct if they use it as they reason to harms innocent people.
if he showing or acting more further, please contact, and reach adult or authorities in his country to create a deterrent effect for him. no one knows exactly how many victims appeared because of his actions.
