Hiii everybody!! 🙋♀️ Today i just wanted to ask one short question for anybody who maybe wants to answer it and it is because of another forum i saw just a moment ago:
➡️ Do you think that you can miss a pet AS MUCH as a real human person?
For me it is YES but maybe other people think it is exaggerating. And if people think also yes: did that also happen with u? Or if you think no: do u think animals are less important than humans?
Thank u very much for anybody who reads this forum or also posts a comment what they think. 🙏❤️🙏
My grandparents lived in the same house as us and they already had a dog before I was even born, so when I was born, I grew up with that dog. I loved her with all my heart and she would always wait outside our front door until I came home from school, let me give her big cuddles and then went back to my grandparents’ flat once I’d gone into our flat.
She passed away 10 years ago in 2016 due to old age but I still love and miss her a lot and think about her from time to time.❤️
Thank u very much @Paulinahvk and Marie @Txya!!! 🙏🥰🙏 I think from what u write both that u also really love Mexx for Paulina and for Marie the dog of your grandparents in a way that it can break ur heart if they die. 💔 I think it can be the same as like a human person dies how much it hurts because it depends if u love the pet with ur heart like Marie said and also what he or she meant for u.
We have our cat when she died cremated. And we have in our living room an altar and we put pictures of people who died and are family on the altar. And u can put small bowls for foods that they like or drinks and we burn sometimes incense or a candle. That is really important for us. But we also have for our cat Milou a place because we think that she ALSO deserves that even if she is not a human person and my parents also think that way. 🙂

I guess it depends on the bond you build with your pet; but I believe it can be missed more than some humans. I think of the animals I grew up with basically everyday.

I really think that too @Lianshen!!! Because it depends how close you are and if you have a really close bond that is also possible in the same way with animals. 😊❤️😊

Yes, and maybe I miss him more than a human being. He was my first pet ever and I loved him more than I loved myself, it's so sad he's gone. His name was Jack and he was a Doberman, he died of oxygen lack and I still can't let go. I probably never will.
Nidhii @Nishu and @Luu_i3 maybe what is nice is if u make in your room a MINI altar with a nice photo that u can put in a frame and perhaps a bowl where u can offer foods or water that he liked. That way he STILL has a place in your room EVERY day and that way everybody knows what he means to u. 😊🥰 One of my friends also made a hanger and there is a mini tube and she put two hairs in it of her pet that died and she carries that sometimes or leaves it hanging in her room at special place. So that can also be a nice idea!!!!! ✨❤️🕯️

That is really good that u thought of that!!!!! 😊❤️😊 IFFF u still have hairs then u can maybe also make the hanger but i would not really wear it outside because u can loose it and maybe then u cant replace. But u can for example leave it next of the altar perhaps or in a drawer with special things for urself that it cant crush or break!!!
Some people really have a deep bond with their animal(s), especially if this animal shows love as we expect, like dogs, cats, parrots, etc… These animals share a special place in their owner’s heart, and when the bond is severed or ended, the heart feels empty. It can feel very sorrowful to lose a pet.
