Eggs are cheap, salad/greens are cheap, especially if you grow them yourself; you'll get an unlimited source of greens. Hmm, what else? Oatmeal is cheap, chicken breast is cheap. Lots of cheap stuff is actually healthy if you ever bother to examine and search on Google for healthy and affordable food sources and recipes to make it delicious.
Training at home is indeed much cheaper and affordable. Dumbbells? Cheap, or if you can't afford dumbbells, there are plenty of options online that can give your solution of which stuff you can use to help your weight training. Yoga mat? Cheap, or if you can't afford them, you can skip it and use shoes/sandals instead and do the standing workout.
you have limited time? sure, there plenty option of exercise that you can do according your needs, preference, limited time etc, lot of website also offers free or cheap schedule manager that can help you in managing your schedule for work, break, lunch workout or whatever activities you're gonna do.
Normalizing healthy living, exercise does not mean only caring about physical health and criminalizing or belittle those who do not live healthily, but it can also training oneself which can help in various aspects, please look for the benefits of healthy living, exercise, etc. for health, psychology, mental health, individual character building, etc; lots. again, as i said we actually can do and be more as long as we want to open our mind.
We're already spoiled with a vast source of information that's easily available and accessible on the internet, especially since some places now offer free Wi-Fi. If you always make excuses, the problem isn't whether you're financially poor or not, but rather how closed, and poor your mindset is that you always make excuses for things you can actually do as long as you have the willingness.
