I have about 10 bottles.

I do sometimes when I remember, but honestly that isn't often cause I have shit memory xD. I do try to remember it for things like birthdays or meeting up with people.

I don't agree with the first quote as I believe that elegance comes from a lot of other stuff. The second one I agree with though as fragrances can be very powerful.

I like the ones that aren't overwhelming or too sweet as I'm very sensitive to those things.

It's much the same as for females, I don't like when it's too strong but other than that I don't have a lot of preferences.

I didn't do it when I got my first and only perfume as I have no perfume allergies (at least that I know of), and I also trust that my parents would stop me if the brand has a bad rep.

I actually don't know because I have never looked for them outside of Denmark.

Nope, the only think I have with smell are lavender pouches made by my grandmother, but since that's not perfume I don't think it counts. My family doesn't use scented products to avoid especially us kids getting perfume allergies by being too exposed or something like that.

1) I wear perfume, I like floral ones or fruity ones the best but I also like warm ones (my roommate has like 1000 bottles of perfume so I just borrow whatever she lets me use). I wear it when I go out but I don't think it's essential for elegance. However, it is very powerful because a scent can bring back memories and feelings attached to them.

2) Fruity perfumes or spicy perfume.

3) Pretty much the same, I just don't like the perfumes with the very "virile" fragrance, I think it smells weird and isn't very natural.

4) I never buy the perfume myself because when I go into the perfume shop, there are too many fragrances at once and my head starts spinning, so I just use people's old perfumes without looking at the composition. But those days I try to pay attention to the ecological impact of perfume.

5) It depends on where you shop. Sometimes it can be like 10 euros or even less in common stores, but some can be like 250 euros or even more if you go to cosmetics stores. If you go to the store Adopt, which is a cosmetics store, it will be less expensive (like 14 euros).

ouuu i got summoned, and thankyou @Yue_ for the credit 😌 I would say that i love to explore perfume from designer, niche and artisan perfume. but personally i prefer perfume that are smell unique to add color in life.

Yes, i wear perfume and always present to smell good. The fragrance here actually doesn't only come from perfume, but also fabric softener, shower gel, body scrub, lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. and perfume as a complement to make the fragrance radiate even more.

and usually it depends on the occasion, for everyday use I prefer to wear clean perfume, either in the shower gel, body scrub, lotion, or perfume.

but for special occasion, let's say to meet someone special, i tend to use something deep, like cherry boozy (with woody as based notes)

honestly, as long as it's perfume not too mass pleasing (like too sweet, too gourmand, too strong), i would say i prefer in moderate.

like clean or aquatic perfume. Sweet is still okay, but it should be mixed with fresh or floral fragrances. Not pure gourmand, or I'll get dizzy smelling it

maybe what I pay attention to is whether it contains parabens or not. cause it'll only affecting to our hormons and grow cancer.

depends on the type, the brand etc. perfumes are actually categorized into three types, designer perfume, niche perfume, and artisan perfume. It can be said that all three have their own markets and varying prices.

can be said designer perfume must be the most affordable than niche and artisan, cause it mass market, and pleasing everyone. so if you seek uniqueness, you won't find it in designer perfume, Because usually each note in a perfume plays it safe. In the case of clothing, you could say all the colors are the same or similar.

next, niche perfume, It can be said to be more expensive than designer perfume, but not as expensive as the artisan one. and as the name suggests, niche. there is a unique touch and more varied (unique) perfume notes. and because the mixture is more complex than the designer perfume. and most of time it's more limited!

and last, the artisan one, it should be the most pricey because it has personal touch that created by request from the client, so the mixture or parfum that offers has sentimental side.

but, the market is now smarter, Because not everyone understands, the market is manipulated. It could be said that not all expensive perfumes are necessarily niche/artisanal. However, niche/artisanal perfumes are certainly has their own budget! so be careful hahaha

personally, as long as they offer quality, and suit to what i seek, i wouldn't mind to spend the budget. so for me, it's no longer about the price that matters, but the honesty, quality in it's brand.

I use perfume when I plan on leaving the house, so for example when I go to school or when I have an appointment. But I don't wear perfume if I'm travelling or just staying inside the house. I somewhat agree with the quotes, perfume is something often appreciated by both you and others, but people who don't wear perfume can also be charming and elegant.

I like sweet scents, like desserts(gingerbread, blueberry pie, chocolate, etc.) or plants(I really like lilac, orchid and vanilla!)

I don't know, I don't really pay attention to that. I do notice when a guy smells nice, but I don't really try to know what he smells like. Maybe pine trees or cinnamon? Something that doesn't smell too aggressive, with a hint of nature.

I don't really bother, it's a bit complicated to know what's in things like perfume. I know it's full of chemicals so I try not to put some on my skin, but apart from that I don't do anything special.

I don't know, the only perfumes I have were gifts. But I think it depends on the level of quality you're looking for, the perfumes who last shorter amounts of time and who don't smell particularly good will always be less expensive.

My family has scented candles in the house and air fresheners from Bath & Body Works, I also put bags of lavender in my dresser so my clothes don't smell like the drawer (it doesn't smell good, if you're wondering). But we don't have those everywhere in the house, only in some places.

Normally no im not allowed at least not to school. Some people think it is a stupid rule but my parents think if you wear make up or perfume it is ONLY distracting of studying so it is not good. ONLYYYY if there is really special moment i can use from my mom ORRR when she gets testers. But like with make up for very special moments it is a way that i use a LOTTT less than my mom or it is not respectful. I know that is super weird but that is for us important so it is modest. I get testers from my mom which she gets from Ici Paris but normally they are too strong. And instead of perfume i can use only for those moments that are really special body mist from Sakura line at Rituals. It is a lot softer so not really strong scent and it is MUCHHHHH cheaper (i think now about 17 Euros). 😃

So this is a good tip if anybody wants to try:

Soft fragnance that is subtle and which is NOTTTTT like you get inside Douglas and Ici Paris and you almost FAINT from very strong and also different scents all mixed together. I think also if it is more soft and subtle then it is more modest and elegant. I prefer also scents that are natural like cherryblossom, ricemilk or what is soft mix that complements almond shampoo as undertone (i dont know if that is also an English word). But that way the perfume or body spray does not FIGHT with for example your shampoo. But if that DOES then you must use 0% shampoo and it is not really a problem anymore.

Not strong that they try to make you FAINT bc of his perfume.

Tbh no i dont look and dont have allergies. But i think for Rituals i guess that it should be ok. But with stronger perfumes you notice it is super chemical with one spray and i dont even like it.

TIPPPP!!!!! USE BODY MIST or something that is softer than perfume and LOTTTT cheaper!!! 😃

We have only satchets with lavendar and you can put them in your closet or behind items in a room. The reason is that we dont like chemical sprays. But now you have more natural way and it is more subtle so not super heavy all around. You can also do that with bar of soap that is scented in similar way.
