My lunch today

Red lentils, beluga lentils, fermented vegetables, nori,
wild garlic, scallions ( I just learned this word)...

Actually I made matcha white chocolate cookies and tiramisu cookies (family friendly)

Owww i want to try the matcha ones!!!!!! That must be really good!! 😛 😛

Okkkk i looked it up what Mr. A @Dracula said so this is Swedish Surstromming and it is fermented fish it says and it looks like this:

But i saw beginning of video on YT where they open the can and it shoots out on the clothes the water of the can and it smells really bad and ppl get 🤮🤮🤢 so i could not really watch it fully bc that would also make me feel super bad. But idk if ppl REALLYYY like to eat that or is only like challenge to eat THAT!!!!! 😬😬

Not Finnish we dont have that discusting food. Its Swedish and they have that bad food. I was dared by my friends we all ate a piece of it.
