That is really cool @QueenOfRaccoons!! Can i ask what filling u have for the cookies? It looks like maybe chocolate and pistache but im not sure what u used but they look very nice!!!!! ๐ ๐
For Korean food i know the deep fried dishes and my dad is SUPER big fan of Korean BBQ but they have lots of meats and i dont really eat red meat. And problem is that if u put things on the grill like chicken or salmon then it gets a meat taste too unless u swap the paper thing on which u grill.
I really like Bibimbap but then vegetarian version or at least without red meat. It is super nice and tasty and u can also have less spicy if u cant handle too much like i prefer less spicy.
I also like that u can eat with Korean food mini side dishes with veggies like Kimchi, soy bean sprouts, seasoned spinach, steamed eggplants or LOTTTSSS of other Korean style vegetables side dishes (banchan). And we will make Kimchi later at home for first time!!! It looks like this:
Here is a nice recipi if anybody wants to make kimchi too: https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-easy-kimchi-at-home-189390
