So i know it sounds so sudden, but i have suggestion lyric (The mood ofcourse cheerful, simple, and repetitive tone. it'll be cool if there are instrument like jingle in amusement park) and i already know the tone for each lyric. It is very easy to remember and very suitable for jingle that has touch of fantasy.

I think it would be a nice foundation of the anthem, but I think it's better if we use an abab rhyme scheme in every verse and some words like "discussion" and "exist" don't go smooth with the rest of the text in my opinion.
And I think it's better if we limit the amount of syllables in each sentence, because e.g. "keeping hearts from feeling dark" takes longer to speak out loud than some other sentences. In order for it to be happy and easy/quick to sing, I think my suggestions above would make it better.
Tho I must say I'm surprised in a good way you already put so much effort into this! 😊
