No I didn't (well I'm only on episode 6), sorry for challenging your flex ποΈ. To be honest I didn't really like season 1 either I felt it was very Disney channel like, but maybe I'n not the target audience. To me it's a lazy mix of Battle Royale, Hunger Games, and Saw, coated with cheesy Korean drama and very poor acting (especially the elites with the masks who were excruciatingly cringe). Maybe I should've posted this in the "unpopular opinion" thread ποΈ, I know I'm picky

I already heard this opinion! My dad thinks the same thing,and about the masks being cringe itβs a pretty common opinion
about the acting,corean acting is very weird,and they often have stereotypes like in season 1 of squid game there is the evil guy,the cold girl,the poor guy with a good heart etcβ¦all stereotypes. same thing in a show called βthe 8 showβ
