Here on this Forum people can talk about their body pain. Now, any people would be thinking what I mean but here the explanation: Sometimes if people feel different emotions they feel in their different body parts different kinds of “pain“. This pain can be like the butterflies in the tummy when you are in love or the headache or/and the tummy pain etc.
Now I create this forum cause I want to know what in which different feelings with different pain you all have solutions.
Let me start: I have these days maybe weeks, I don't really know how long it has been but I have it for really long, a pain in my tummy and stomache. I guess it is pain of stress and school (problems) and general problems (and maybe different feelings for a person (but this doesn‘t matter much (I guess…))) etc. I don‘t really know why this happened but I have this (I am sorry I might curse) really bad pain. I am overthinking for days or weeks or maybe almost a month now… Can someone please give me advice about this topic and help me out I feel like if this will continue I will one day go and do not well stuff to forget everything…
Please help me …

I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain. Usually when I'm stressed so much that my stomach starts to hurt, keeping myself warm helps relieve the pain a little. Keeping your coat on could help, but since it looks a bit impolite to keep your outside clothes inside the school, you could bring a jacket or a hoodie, or at least a shirt with long sleeves. I don't know if it will work for you, but it does for me. I hope I was able to help!
Also, you can bring a small plushie or something to fidget with along with you. It can help distract yourself from other things.
I have this thing that I bring with me when I have an exam that isn't at home. Sometimes I don't even need to play with it to calm down, just knowing it's with me helps.
