Hey PPG!

Here on this Forum people can talk about their body pain. Now, any people would be thinking what I mean but here the explanation: Sometimes if people feel different emotions they feel in their different body parts different kinds of “pain“. This pain can be like the butterflies in the tummy when you are in love or the headache or/and the tummy pain etc.

Now I create this forum cause I want to know what in which different feelings with different pain you all have solutions.

Let me start: I have these days maybe weeks, I don't really know how long it has been but I have it for really long, a pain in my tummy and stomache. I guess it is pain of stress and school (problems) and general problems (and maybe different feelings for a person (but this doesn‘t matter much (I guess…))) etc. I don‘t really know why this happened but I have this (I am sorry I might curse) really bad pain. I am overthinking for days or weeks or maybe almost a month now… Can someone please give me advice about this topic and help me out I feel like if this will continue I will one day go and do not well stuff to forget everything…

I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain. Usually when I'm stressed so much that my stomach starts to hurt, keeping myself warm helps relieve the pain a little. Keeping your coat on could help, but since it looks a bit impolite to keep your outside clothes inside the school, you could bring a jacket or a hoodie, or at least a shirt with long sleeves. I don't know if it will work for you, but it does for me. I hope I was able to help!


Also, you can bring a small plushie or something to fidget with along with you. It can help distract yourself from other things.

I have this thing that I bring with me when I have an exam that isn't at home. Sometimes I don't even need to play with it to calm down, just knowing it's with me helps.

When is it not so stressy at your school Mulanyy @Esma-Nur? Maybe that is a good time to try find what helps you. 😊😊

Actually now it is not much stressy but my problem now are the results of the exams. I will get most of them directly after the holidays, e.g.: my English exam: on Wendsday

Okay I will try the Plushie one. The other one is a little not possible cause I already weare warm holding things.

@Pennarossa2024 is right about the doctor and maybe you can have an appointment and not tell your parents if you dont want to bother but still you can see a doctor. And @Till_Beatus is the PPG doctor!! 🙂 So maybe he has also nice tips for you and if you dont want to discuss on the forum you can perhaps send him a message because he is very kind and maybe he can help you too.

did you already look in the Healing Advent Calendar as Yue told you?
I would recommend the breathing of the first post and
then holding the thumb (third post) and do the conscious breathing for as long as you want to.
When you count the breathings your mind will be busy with that and "forgets" about your worries.
It is also fine to do it when you want to fall asleep.
Give it a try, it might need a little patience. Get well soon.

It is ok @Pennarossa2024 and @Parsaa I am not offended by the question of @TierM38. 🙂 He writes in his way on the forum and that is ok. I do hope that he will write also in nice topics in a nice way to contribute. But it is his choice and that is fine.

But to answer: yes. I have school (but now vacation), sports (but now vacation), helping babysitting (but this week not needed), friends (see them not EVERY day but for this week on nice moments) and normally i am when school only in the evening online in the vacation about 3 times and after that i log off unless i am on for example youtube.

I hope that you think it is permitted this way, but i think it is ok. 😃

Because if the grades are good from the exams that is a BIGGGGGG relief i hope. And if not: we will help together her to feel better right.

Please let @Yue_ alone sir. Everyone has a life besides PPG. But maybe you don't have a life besides PPG cause Sir you are almsot 24/7 online as an Adult it shouldnt be really possible for you.

Well, on a medical base I recommend you regular exercise as a proven stress-reliever. Exercise not only helps to lower stress hormones but also promotes the release of endorphins, the body’s natural mood lifters. Even short bouts of exercise, such as a brisk walk or a 10-minute yoga session, can be a quick way to reduce stress while on the job. Or you try some breathing exercises. I'm sure Christine @H_E_A_R_T knows some simple but effective breathing patterns you can start off with.

Okay thank you @Till_Beatus too for your advice. Funny thing is I am doing in the week 3/4 times Yoga or just Streching my Body and Back. But after doing this or any other exercise I get a headache... But I will check them all up what you all adviced me. Thank you everyone!!!
