I need advices for a serious situation

I hope this topic isn’t too serious for this website,I decided to make this forum if someone needs to talk

here is my story⬇️

Ok so. From august of 2023 to may 2024 i got violently and constantly bullied in the class i was. The teachers didn’t do anything. Now i have a trauma and i’m scared to see those people when i go out,i have nightmares all the time. Me and my mother reported it to a special number for bullying of the police but they haven’t answered yet. I want justice for the hell i went through. They stopped in may but they keep destroying my life by telling false things about me to the people i know since they can’t meet me. I have been in therapy but I need some advices of you all to “how to heal” by something like this. I will be happy to help you if you have been through something similar as well,we can help each other ❤️

hi roseeee if they are violent i would go to the police because it can become more dangerous. but if it is bullying and they are in your school i would talk with the director of the school with your mom too. because if you do that alone they dont listen to it often i know. and maybe you have a nice mentor at your school or one teacher that you like a lot? i have a mentor i really like and she helps a lot also with other things that are difficult for me so if you dont like the director maybe you can still find a teacher or mentor that you do like and talk with that person who can help you.

for me the bullying was different because it only happened one time physical and in very difficult way but not often. and they are NOT from my school and i dont know them even. but if you know them and it happens more often it is something important to talk at school about it and that you are helped by at least one person from the school.

of course we can all help at ppg if you want it anytime, BUTTT you need help also in your city and at your school too. i think that is very important.

Changing the enviroment, school and social circle, would be the best idea, I think. Or class? I don't know the scale of that.

And You are not a guy, so kicking their asses isn't option in this situation.

I was bullied when I was in school. At that time, no one knew what bullying was. Luckily, this thing didn't last long.

I feel genuinely sorry for you. This isn't something children should go through. Luckily, this thing hasn't happened to me, but I have faced so many betrayals and you have to take revenge on who hurt you not physically - not through threatening, fight, direct confrontation, but you need to show who you are SILENTLY, simply through your SUCCESS. When those betrayals happened to me, I door-slammed them from my life forever, but revenge tastes sweeter when you become more successful than them academically and talent-wise. This doesn't relate to your situation anyway, but, what I want to tell you is - you shouldn't be afraid and feared because of some random people. You have the power to be happy in your life. You shouldn't let others control how your life goes. Just ignore them as much as possible, and carry on your work. When you are halted by them, just don't stop, pass them by. You should make them regret what they've done by simply showing that "you are the boss" ultimately. This may not sound diplomatic, but, that's what you should do.

Social media and i live in a very very small town and the school i go to is in front of my old one plus in the new school (I changed in march so it’s not that new anymore) there are the friends of the people that bullied me and they harassed me on my first days. I decided to go there bc:

1) i didnt know that i had to hide

2)bc of my health problems i can’t go in a school that it’s far from my house

they humiliated me in august when i was at a party in my town. In front of my mom. And i have this horrible fake friend that I thought truly liked me but she hangs out with the ones that bullied me.

Yes and i am also struggling with very violent thoughts towards them but i didn’t completely get away from them bc it’s a small town

I'd love to know what @Etienne thinks about bullying and if it's ever happened to him. And in this situation, what would he do?when it happened to me, I completely ignored them
