I agree

If you have a bad habit, I think you can chane it little by little, without pushing too much at once. Typically for sleeping, then sleeping a little bit earlier everyday and trying to respect your new boundaries.

For procrastination, I don't think it's a problem if you manage to make it work this way. You don't have to feel guilty for "not being productive". In fact, chilling is also very important for your well being and trying to be productive all the time is paradoxally making you unproductive. If you really want to have a bigger window though, then it's a hard process, but try to do just a little bit today and imaine how much that would make you more calm later. For instance, if you have a whole essay to write, then try to write just a part of the introduction today so that the task looks not so big. If you manage to initiate the movement (start to work), then you might even be able to keep working eventually.

In any case, do your best and don't stress too much. Remember to take your time if you need it too (hence, not to speed up for others), this is the most valuable possession you have.

by stop doing it, especially when there someone softly or logically explain the reason why i must change or be better. i don't have bpd/npd, so im open for change (as long as it's not personal, cause i have right ykno) like, working performance, advice about parenting/friendship/marriage, etc (something in general, and logical)

Whenever I have a feeling that I think I need to change my behavior, I always ask myself where this feeling comes from.
So, does it come from myself or have other people perhaps talked me into it?
And if I really want to change something then “step by step, little by little”.
