I believe he is banned but i understand Mare @LandRoverDiscovery2 what you said that it is confusing. I thought the same way too. But others told me he is banned and also why but i dont want to talk about it on the forum bc that is not right in my opinion.
And tomorrow is Mimi's birthday!!!!! She cant get on PPG bc she does not use VPN and you need that in China. But i have her e-mail and i can mention if anybody wishes her nice things for her birthday!! ππ

It is difficult bc in China you need VPN and my mom said that if that happens that a website is blocked they dont change it. So i think that Mimi will not get back on PPG until she can do that again. But i dont know why she does not want to use VPN bc it would be super nice if she gets back!!!!!

It looks like this account was automatically blocked because too many people complained. Most bans are automatic (anyway, not the best place to discuss this kind of stuff)
