Litlle thing: Someone that smiles at me. Passing someone who is singing out loud outside. Enjoying nature. My grandchildren. Finishing chores. Seeiing someone above the age of 80 with red shoes. 🙂 Brave people living out of the box. And lost but not least: God who makes me feel save and secure.

Being in nature. Nothing changes my mood faster than stepping outside and going for a walk in the woods or sitting on a dock overlooking the water.

Stay with my friend, gym, food, my boyfriend, my family. But at first, I think that be happy with yourself is the most important thing.
