So far so good - the question is, do I follow what I am talking about in my daily life challenge? And really, I am quite sure, I don`t!

Well, dear Monika, I understand that you expect youeself more, and I think it is indeed the way to go further.

But the point where you have reached (enjoying the moments and others' company in non_challenge situations) is what many others (including me) are still seeking.

Although having not reached "there" yet, I can feel the changes in me and around me, which is a big motive!

Yes, I was guided by self-realised souls for a whole decade and have

studied for several decades myself. Furthermore, my work as a Prana

Healer, having helped a four-figure number of people seeking 'truth',

was an indescribable preparation. All of this has certainly helped

shape my current state -- perhaps made it possible in the first place.

The ever-expanding States-of-Consciousness remain a challenge,

even today and there are so many unanswered questions....

Well, the real question, however, is: What will happen, to those rather

unprepared citizens of the world, during the impending Phase-Shift?

I think it is wise to be open to future changes, to re-examine

one’s beliefs from time to time, and, above all, to listen during

a conversation. Taking full responsibility for one’s own life, is

another important point. I respect other people’s decisions,

believe, it is important to help and take action to bring about

change -- first, in my own life...

Even in ancient Persia, there was already an approach

that was logical in itself but nevertheless subconsciously

‘poorly’ chosen: Bimaristan — House of the Sick.

Darüşşifa — House of Recovery — also existed and,

at least today, that should be the only option chosen.

What I find most interesting about this is that I myself

had to go through a process before I was even ready

to sense the deeper meaning behind it. We want to

recover -- this goal should get all our attention.

The aims – or the paths – differ:

> Spirituality aims at inner transformation, acceptance, and the search

It is entirely impossible to separate the two completely, nor should they
be viewed as such. However, for the sake of a basic understanding
when communicating, it makes sense to clearly distinguish between
the two definitions.

Yes, I believe it is wise to be open to future changes, to re-examine one’s
beliefs from time to time and, above all, to listen during a conversation.
Taking full responsibility for one’s own life is another key point. And ... I
respect other people’s decisions. Personally I believe it is important to
take action to bring about change in my own life. After decades of living
a rather unconventional one, thousands of hours of meditation – and
hundreds of talks and seminars – I can say only one thing:

"Whatever you believe, you are never truly prepared.
All your preconceptions will lie before you like ashes
if you hold fast to your desire for Self-Realisation. "

is logically towards the North Pole.

Marriage is a Spiritual Tool. It is designed to ensure that we do not
constantly wander aimlessly somewhere between the South Pole
and the North Pole. And, of course, it is a mutual commitment to
prioritise reality over fantasy and imagination....❣

This is a very beautiful blessing one can get.

And the way one perceives it varies at different times, I think.

How can one reach such status?

By being alone for a long time, being loved, or better, loving someone and feeling the taste of divine love in return?

In my opinion, the last one will get one to love themselves in the true realm, not in a selfish way.
