Nope. Never wanted on either. To me it is a big turn off. It is funny, a lot of people have tattoos to be different, but since it's pretty common now, it's not unique anymore. However, one time in America I had a gf and she wanted one. I went to the shop with her and watched how the artist did his work on her leg. Since I am an artist, it was pretty interesting to see how he did his work.
People get tattoos not to be special, but to fix something in their memory, to show people their hobbies and character. People like you think they're special because of their views, but they're not.
Our youngest daughter wants to get her first earrings, but will also start with her swimming lessons in about a week. Is there a material risk of infection and should we wait until the summer break? Or should this be fine? Any thoughts on this matter are gratefully received!

I had no contraindications to swimming, I had been in the water for 2 hours every day and everything was fine.

Many thanks for this. Very useful to know. With current chorine levels in swimming pools, I assume that the risk of infection is remote. Will of course double check with the local jewelry shop, but your comment confirms my initial thoughts.

I have 68 tattoos. Face,head,arms,hands,fingers.i liked the feeling.the smell.the blood.no pain. Dont care what people think.its my life my skin. Some like it some dont. Yes its common indeed now.

But i think is also if u dont want tattoos it is the same. In my family we dont really have tattoos and i think on me it wud look maybe super weird!!!!! But if u like it a lot than i think that is super cool!!!! π

Yesss i think that is with everything like for example a friend of me is super emo and she wants to dress that way and i think it is fine and nb can say smt about it bc is her choice. And i think same for everything and everybody should just respect it bc it is their choice and it hurts nobody.
Can i ask if it hurted more or less than u thought when u got first tattoo and what does it look like? And were u bit nervous or NOTTT at all?

It hurted less. No pain.not nervous at all just proud. Its a winged pentagram. Was in 1996 in sweden
I think everybody deserves it or at least that should first be it. Unless smt happens of course that is bad.
