Italiano vero ๐Ÿ™‚

Countries and remote places on top of our list to visit for a first time:

- French Polynesia (Bora Bora and Mo'orea)

- Iran (Isfahan, Shiraz and Yazd)

- Indonesia (Raja Ampat, Komodo and Borneo)

- Peru (Machu Picchu, Colca Canyon)

- Nepal (Dolpo and EBC)

Very unlikely that we can visit all in this lifetime, but dreaming seems to be permitted in this forum thread. And to add to the list when safety is no longer a concern: Chad and Afghanistan.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ because of hot springs โ™จ๏ธ and of course ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ because of Planica ๐Ÿฆ…

China, Italy (with more time, I was once to Italy)

India, especially Himachal Pradesh, I have a good friend there.

I would like to visit South America.
There is a version that in ancient times, now almost epic, aliens flew to Earth, there were few of them, not enough to pollute the planet with garbage, as we do - and at the same time leave a memory of themselves, as ancient books say - aliens escaped from the complexities of life and accidentally landed on our planet.
And yet they left traces of themselves - for example, ancient buildings in South America, built with polygonal masonry, in which huge boulders are ground against each other with amazing precision. And the boulders are of such weight and connected with such precision - that it does not even leave the possibility that this was done by local people living then on planet Earth.
But I will not go there - there is too much hassle, and the local flora and fauna scares me,

it was enough to learn about Chagas disease, an incurable and painful disease carried by bedbugs, and there is a lot of that

in Inidia even the food that is displayed for advertising purposes is disgusting. And if you look at how street food is prepared.....

Next month I shall be heading to Kathmandu, Nepal and I shall take the 3-day Mount Kailash kora trek. I think it will be physically demanding and spiritually enriching odyssey. I'm looking forward to it.

Hi Olga, thanks for yur answer. I am aware of this but let me say i have aquaintances in several areas of this big country. India is a multi cultural country with different cultures, languages and even different dishes.

I know the videos of disgusting Delhi streetfood if you mean that, but I know too pictures of very tidy restaurants and delicious looking dishes for example in Kerala, token by my friends there.
