Oeehh that sounds so good! I usually take salt and an Italian spice mix for flavour. 😋

Salmon with lemon-beurre blanc sauce probably, with some rice usually. I like other breton/french meals for dinner as well, with a lot of crème fraîche and (salted) butter.

Else I can't make bolognese, so I haven't eaten that for quite a while now.

In general i put only basil in it, but if i feel like eating different tastes i may put something else, like onion or few garlic

@Simone724 I think I'd miss some body in the sauce if I didn't put any vegetables in, but if you like it that way, it's probably tasty as well. 😁

And that's pretty much it. My mother mixes cream with tomato sauce and adds herbs like basil and onion powder, it's very good.

Yeah, pasta is always a gold choice. A combination of spaghetti, mushrooms, Bacon and parmigiano is very tasty.
