Are there maybe people who like to write in this meditation forum? I think it is very interesting!! And it is also healthy and you get more calm.
I did NOT have meditation classes but i did have two classes in a community house and you get classes with body stress release. I will tell now what are nice tips and maybe it helps you too. 🥰🥰
1️⃣ So the first tip is NOTTTT to wear ballet or gym outfit. You must wear loose clothes. That is important. Because you must feel comfortable and relaxing.
2️⃣ And what we did was you close your eyes and you breathe calm and you focus first on your belly so you learn to focus first. And after that you focus again on your belly or your back or your belly or your arms and legs. And she said you are like a scanner. So you scan your body everywhere and when you feel tension you DONT do anything about it.
3️⃣ When you feel tension for example in your leg or belly or your head you breathe slowly and deeply. And you only keep focussing there where the tension is. Just focus and relax your breathing. And because you focus and dont do ANYTHING else your tension goes away.
4️⃣ You dont need music but you can put on for example a calm music like meditation music or even lofi or anything you like. BUTTT not distracting that for example you focus on the music and not your breathing and the body.
