Yeah. Sinhala has its own character. In earlier historians said that modern Sinhala language is an evaluation of Indian Brahmi script but recently their research discovers that Sinhala has its own characteristics which has evaluated from Hela script (Sinhalese script). It has originated in Sri Lanka. Not related with any other language.That's cool, thank you for sharing such new knowledge.
