I really need help English

Hello dears..I really need help seriously...I know that many people may get amazed of what I will write here... but helping a person it doesn't matter the distance or situation.i need help my grandfather is sick and as family we can't do anything to him,we took him to hospital but the money isn't enough...am real ,am not a scammer I really need help.i know we are so many people here ,we have different lives and families.if someone wants to talk about it more please my email is (email hidden) bless you all and your families!
