chat Report a technical issue

Hello! My chat doesn't work...it didn't worked neither yesterday. Is someone experiencing my same problem? What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Try installing Google Chrome https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/chrome/browser/
It makes things loads faster! 🙂

then use firefox, install java

It doesn't work neither with Firefox....don't know what to do. I can use the chat only by the iPad.

maybe your computer doesn't support something you need for the chat (do you get a pop-up or something? )

otherwise just buy a new computer or phone 😃
