Aw, yes Linkin Park is great. For me, I'd say 80s music. I think that's a better decade than any after. It's probably because my teenage years were in that decade but my 2nd most popular decade is the 60s. For a genre, Alternative for me. But then I like Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin, Appalachian Spring by Copland and all the stuff Henry Mancini wrote. The large variety of sounds a full sized orchestra can make is so much more creative vs a band consisting of a singer, guitarist, bassist and drummer.
