I don't really have an opinion on him since him I'm not a total black metal geek, but I don't think he's the nicest person to be around after a few vodka drinks or shots. All his legal cases and prison times are all alcohol related.
So it means that his crazy eyes and facial expression are not an image, but he really is like that.

No, I think he's actually mentally ill. A lot of these black metal people are on a diet of magic mushrooms so no wonder they're fucked up. Most of them just do it to make money. The grew out of that satanism crap many years ago, but don't wanna get a normal boring job. I've spoken to many of these bands. They're just normal people putting on a show as a means of income, really.

Yes, I know that most outrageous bm bands are actually just regular dudes living regular lives.
I live in Kursk, so I've seen a lot more scary things than painted-up guys singing about Satan. By the way, Satanism has recently been equated with extremism in Russia, so you can easily end up in a jail.
