In assam, if you're talking about the bread that comes in Loaves it's "পাউৰুটী" (pronounced: Paoruti) (the word "loaf" its also used) if you're talking about Roti/Chapatti it's just like the rest of India but Not Chapatti, it's "ৰুটি" (pronounced: ruti) so:

পাউৰুটী — Loaf Bread (Pronounced: Paoruti)

ৰুটি — Roti/Chapatti (Pronounced: ruti)
