I have a question to you too: What do you think about its not allowed anymore to use cellphones in dutch schools?

Oh I did not expect that question in the adoption forum! 😛 There is some confusion about it because they are not allowed in the class BUT nobody says something if you use it outside the class like in a break or study hour.

I dont know if study hour is the correct term in English. In Dutch it is 'tussenuur' and it means that you have for example in hour 1 a class but not in hour 2 (so that is the study hour) and a class again in hour 3. So you can use the mobile as long as you are not in the class room and nobody says something about it.

What is the rule in Germany? Can you use mobiles in school and in the class?

I think the mobile phone of Chris has been taken in Germany! 😛
