Of course many of these people have made their accounts a long time ago and are no longer active (they typically don't show in the search engine). You can consider there are a few thousand accounts that are actively used.

It's definitely nice that many people have integrated PPG into their daily routine, but the vast majority stick to private conversations to meet new people so I'm not sure these features would really be used widely.
