I think Oxiu is right that sugar is everywhere in foods and drinks. But also too much salt in food is not healthy and that is a problem too. And also unhealthy is chemical foods (sorry I cant find how you say that in English). ππ
So in my country people eat bread in the morning and lunch and that has a lot of salt! And snacks they eat during the day are chemical foods. In my family we eat lot of food we cook ourselves. So for lunch I bring the food we cook instead of bread or chemical foods from the supermarket. And you can eat like rice and vegetables and chicken or other healthy dishes. You only have to cook more in the evening that is all. π«π«
