Why do people hang in the chatroom without saying anything even if I speak to them at night?

I think they're suspicious users.

Nobody cares about your forums where you spread random shit just to get attentions

Sometimes I join the chatroom, open several other tabs and then forget that I still have the tab with the chatroom open
