Trains Tout et rien

How frequently do you ride the train?

In South Africa, using a train often implies you're in the lower to middle income bracket, which might seem odd since trains are a popular mode of transportation elsewhere.

Actually, I've only taken a train once! And it was a nostalgic joyride on a century-old train for a short tour😂😂

Sometimes when i see people going on a train i actually feel kinda bad for them😅

Often

everyday,tomorrow i'll have a 1 hour travel

A couple of hours a day to and from school

Rarely, because I go to school and back home by bus. But the last time I travelled by train was yesterday and for like 8 hours.

Depends which train and where/what context.

For me, be it in France or Japan, train for short distance was ok for the price. Not cheap, but not too expensive. However, TGV or Shinkansen (High Speed Train) are often a bit pricy and, in Japan especially, I find it hard to find a cheap ticket (in France, it's still possible to find a train that does 500km for 35-40€, sometimes 20, even if it's rare).

I mostly use the high speed train because of long distance travel, but it's rare. In Japan, I use a little bit more the standard one since it's convenient.
