No not really, like some people dont chat or post anything in the forum it gets abit boring actually

Alright, so I think Rosee is the top person on PenPal Gate for me. She's pretty much the only one I chat with almost every day. But if I were to rate everyone based on how much I like them and how active they are etc, here's my tier ranking, haha!
