Im working out in home. I started in high school, to look better physically and to prepare to army, but it was never too regular in my case. More or less systematic, but since then I still train, three times in week, I do push ups, dips on handrails, pull ups on rod, squats, a bit running (i hate running). I have also weight vest with 30 kilograms, and Im generally satisfied with my current V body.
Im not crazy about diet, Im just avoiding the sweets and fast food, but still sometimes I let myself have it. I never take steroids and any other helper, except vitamins and fish oil to ensure that I have what I need to proper functioning.
I want to live long and healthy life : p
There was of course a time when I was struggling with going for training session, so I was forcing myself and sometimes I still do when I am lazy. But after some time, the mentality changes, and I started to feel bad when I skipped my training.

I started 3 years ago with simple calisthenics and after 2 years switched to working out at the gym. It's been one and a half year now and I can say I'm doing really good physically.
I started cause that's the only thing I can do to better myself at that time, I wasn't good with school so I tried to find something else to be good at, and that's why I started. Since I don't have any money at that time, I do basic bro split but calisthenics 😃

And now, there's no week without a gym for me.
Nah, because most of time when I see gym rats, they are people feeding on rice and turkey, and such a diet scares me even more than lifting 😂
I also have issues staying in a gym when it comes to exercise. I prefer to just walk around but it sure has not the same effects at all, so I might give it a try again to improve my "functional strenght" a little.
