Hey, I have english in school but I don‘t think I speak very well so I try hard to get better. Do you have tips for me?

Read more and talk more, and maybe you should find a penpal who can speak English, then you can improve your English by the way while chatting with her/him. And also get a friend.

See movies and web series in English. If you don't understand, turn on the subtitles. Netflix has a lot of good English content, along with syncing and subtitles that follow along and they are 100% accurate

Yup! It is a very effective way

Also, you can play it at the speed of 0.5x, if you want to learn to pronounce and all. Netflix has 5 speeds -- 0.5x, 0.25x. 1.0x (normal), 1.5x and1.25x

Practice. The purppose of English lessons at school, in my opinion, is to give you a basis when it comes to grammar, and eventually pronunciation. The rest depends on your personal work, which is mostly to use English yourself, by listening/watching to some contents or to communicate with others.

On my part, I was very bad in English at school, but I have started to use English on forums or with people online and although my grammar is sometimes a bit fussy, I can globally communicate without problem. Thus, I'd really say practice your English, let it be natural on topics of your choices and the time you decide and if you find yourself stuck, don't hesitate to check on something like Linguee for instance, and you will gradually but surely improve 😉

I'm also want to improve my English skills , any suggestions guys? How can I improve ?

TV (Newscasts and comedies) and videogames mostly will help you to get a hold on the "common" English as you will be exposed to slang, in combination with your English lessons you will master the language in no time and of course, get a pal who is fluent or native speaker for practicing.
