i have never gifted any thing to a female (excluding my sister), But when I give my sister chocolate she loves it, so if the person is a sweet or chocolate lover like my 15 year old sister you know what to get... but I guess a cheap fitbit would do too

Or just like make her feel special, by gifting her something which she loves. Like books, you can ask her what type of books she likes and then buy accordingly. we can do our best to gift a good gift like a cheap but good smartwatch, books, chocolates etc.

I can imagine at 12-15 you'll have a smaller budget than at 20 or 38, so a cheap fitbit - if I think back - would've been very nice actually.
Other than that, the best thing I can think of to give a girl is your time and undivided attention... for a specific time-frame of course. I'm sure you have other things to do as well 😄
