First Few Questions Anything and everything

When you meet someone new on this site, which questions do you use to start getting to know someone and starting a conversation?

Personally I normally start with "How are you?" and move on to a "What are your hobbies?" or "How was you day/week?" and then ask follow up questions to that to start a conversation.

You could talk about actual topics like for example Covid19 or whatever 🙂

I always read the profile of the person I'm chatting with and talk or ask about something I read there.

I ask "what's up" or I ask about his country, what she/he are doing...

I tend to firstly ask how they are doing and then, if the other person responds to me, I introduce myself and I also ask him/her questions in order to introduce a long-lasting conversations.
It also depends on who I meet. Some people seem more interested, whereas many other people show a lot of diffidence which is completely understandable. Nowadays it’s difficult to trust someone on the Internet.

As this is nicely formulated, this post deserves some love 💖💖💖💖😁!
To be real, I think Mattia is completely right.

I would always ask them: where are you from? how many languages can you speak?
