Mental health Anything and everything

Hey everyone. Do you know these moments where you feel so lost, so worthless, so lonely, and that you're not enough? I think we should talk about this more, so here's my question: Do you have any tips for people when they feel this way? How do you handle it? Of course only answer when you're comfortable with it, but I think it might help some people

Life is really short so we don't need to worry about anything , just think positively . It will life up you 😊 someday everything will make perfect sense . So for now , laugh at confusion, smile through the years and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason. Everything will be ok soon....😊🌹

It seems to me that people in such a situation may find it useful to familiarize themselves with the teaching of utilitarianism, this is a philosophy that teaches you to choose the best course of action and is aimed at achieving happiness. Personally, reading Holbach's The System of Nature helped me at such moments a few years ago. Also in Russia there is a very good psychotherapist Andrey Kurpatov, he gives very effective advice, but I'm not sure if there are any of his works in languages other than Russian. In any case, let everyone who read this know that there are people who love them, that most of their goals are realizable, if you make an effort and much of what worries you now, after just a few years, will be perceived as ordinary life experience

I feel very thankful that I've never had the types of moments you've described. I have definitely been lonely, but I'm thankful I've never felt lost and worthless. If you're feeling these things I'm sorry you feel that way. Although you might not recognize it in these moments we are all unique individuals and all bring our uniqueness to the world to share.

Those types of feelings can be the result of brain chemical imbalances which cause depression. They can also be caused by toxic messages that have been given often by parents and other relatives who should be helping someone achieve their potential rather than beating them down mentally.

If you're feeling these sorts of feelings and your thoughts get dark enough please reach out to a suicide prevention hot line or organization. They are experienced with helping people experiencing such moments.

Even if you feel worthless, you are not worthless. If you feel lost there are ways to find a way out so that you don't feel that way anymore. If you are lonely there are ways of connecting with other people. Help is available.
