I am deeply honored to receive these words directly from Your Majesty…!
To live up to Your Majesty’s name, I, Hans, am determined to risk my life to forge the finest steel.
Should Your Majesty ever seek a new sword, please be sure to call upon me first. I will craft a blade sharper than any other!
*I bring King Alexander his frog legs and stand next to him staring at everything around me my eyes land on Hans thinking my expression deadpan*
*i eat a frog leg* is the jester alright? he's been standing there blankly this entire time, it is quite peculiar
I don't know sir
send him to the dungeon!
And Hans, I think I would like a new dagger.
It would be my greatest honor, Your Majesty! I will select the finest steel and forge a dagger so sharp and well-balanced that it will fit your hand perfectly.
Please give me a little time. I'll make sure it is a masterpiece worthy of a King!
*I freeze thinking about what the king just said a minute ago*
Delightful Hans!
King, are you sure you should send the jester to the dungeon?
yes, thats where he lives after all, of course the door to his cell is unlocked.
He rented it because I pay him £2.00 a day.
But the dungeon is dirty like rat type disgusting, putrid even
yes but he has cleaned it and I gave him quite the enjoyable bed.
Okay I guess im going patrol the villages and market
my Dearest apologies Your majesty it has seem I was called by my caretaker and was told to take care of a small animal called a dog my sincerely apologies sir
Your Majesty, your new dagger is finally complete.
I have forged it from the finest steel, folded multiple times for ultimate strength. The blade is as sharp as a razor, and the hilt is perfectly balanced to fit your hand. It is a masterpiece worthy of a true King.
Please accept this blade, Your Majesty. (And when you have the time, I would appreciate 15 pounds for the materials and labor!)
*I stare*
Hans do you think you could use a sword?
Yes, I think so.
How would you feel if I tested your skill and then see if the king will let you be my second in command
