🥵😰 HEAT protocol 🔥🌞

Helloo everybody!! 😊 Yesterday we got an app on school system that for today there was a heat protocol because at school in some classes it can be REALLYYY too warm and everywhere it is very hot. So there are rules like u can have ur water bottle the WHOLE time on ur table and u can get new water when u want and u can have light clothing to make it more comfortable and if u really have difficulty like feeling dizzy u can just say it and other rules. And all gym classes do not take place because that is like TORTURE for everybody!!! 😬😬😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I wanted to ask do u have at ur school or maybe your work also a heat protocol with special rules?

Welll i live in Finland and we dont really get that warm weather so nothing.

But genuine question my stupid self desided to sit in direct sunligth for five hours now my face is burned cause im a vampire and then i got frostbite on my face so what on earth can i do now. My face looks like a tomato and im graduating on saturday.

In the army, we had specific rules on how long we worked in the heat, what we wore and break periods .. and water intake

we dont really have those rules, like we can have our water bottle on our table and etcc

We don't have it in my school, but my brother's school has a lot of windows, like the whole hall's ceilling is only glass windows and other stuff are also glass windows as well so it can get very hot very fast soon in there, so maybe the school will be like closed because that's very dangerous.

Omggg Kerttu how did u do that??? I think maybe best is that u get facial sheet masks to cool and to moisturize. Skin care after u had burns from the sun is really important and the cooling is STILLL important the day after u get burned not because ur skin is super hot BUTTT to make it less tense and it can repair faster. I hope it works that ur NOTTT a tomato on Saturday!!! 😬😬😬

Im happy that we could just choose our own outfit but there were some rules of course. So for example one person from our class made his shirt wet with water but it was WAYYY too much and dripping and messy so that was not allowed. But if u just wear normal summer outfit it is ok but the most important is u can drink water and keep on ur table ALL THE TIME!!! And we had no gym so not running for WARM UP when u are already warm like grilled fish!!!! And it was funny because some teachers are super serious but now they came in a shirt and with shorts and we are NOTTT used to that so they are still super serious but it looks really funny too!!! 🙂

Maybe they can have more rules if that is better for u like for example no gym or that u have longer breaks and other things. But also depends maybe on ur school so i dont know.

Aooo it is now even easier to say ur name with ur profile name!!! 😛 😛 And with so much glass that is dangerous but maybe they like to torture EVERYBODY with the sun and the school is more like a BBQ!!! If they dont make special rules for really hot days that is crazy i think or they must close the school for one day. 🙄🙄

I cant afford face masks and they sell closest in like Turku so 30km im not binking that

We don't really need those kinds of rules as we are always allowed to do those things. We have no dress code in Denmark so we can wear what we feel comfortable in. We can also keep our water bottles close by at all times and refill them if we just ask out teacher. The bad thing is that the school is a glorified greenhouse so it gets hot really fast.

Kerttu maybe if there is a pharmacy where u live that u perhaps can just ask them for cooling cream or moisturizer. So not JUSTTT for sunburns but i think ANY can maybe already help. So perhaps u can get that from the pharmacy or maybe ur mom has it already and u can use that?? It really can help or if that does not help maybe cool with super cold washing hand and fatty creams like maybe vaseline. 🙏🙏 I really hope that it maybe helps before saturday!!!!!! 😊❤️

Wowww that is really cool that u can just have drinks when u want. In our case really not and it is only with the heat protocol but also for example in winter and u feel like u are just ICE CUBE WITH LEGGS then u cant drink hot drinks like tea or even water. But u just have to wait for the break!!! 😬😬 We also super large windows so i know what u mean about the greenhouse!!!!!! I think that is also what @Aooo meant and it gets warm REALLLLYY fast!!!!! And also it stays because if it is super warm then there is not a lot of wind so u can put the window open but it only gets warm air in. 🥵🥵😰

The pharmacy is 10km away so not too far.

I got some moisturizer yea but i hope it does its job.

All the medicene in my house is atleast 10+ years expired im currently eating painkillers that expired in 2020 and my throat pills expired in 2000 and have been discontinued so you can quess we dont really buy medicene.

I sure hope so aswell
