Poll 5 re next pandemic: The next outbreak that would cripple society is only a matter of time. I understood that “monkey pox” is a possible contender. Which other potential pandemic pathogens are brewing within or out of sight is unknown to me. In any case I hope that we do not have to find a treatment for a mutated cardiovascular disease rampant amongst hippos or a metabolic disorder commonly found in desert scorpions.
Poll 6 re next generation of vegetarians and vegans: If the size of livestock is reduced by consumption, would this reduce emissions of methane and other greenhouse gasses to an acceptable level? In essence, one would order a filet mignon just to save the planet. No need for further government intervention.
